John Moffitt, Post Commander of the American Legion Post 0074 in Meeker at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Rifle, Colorado on April 14. Moffitt volunteered to take care of Chaplain duties for the Special Forces Association Rocky Mountain Chapter 4-24 during a Remembrance Ceremony for a fallen member of the 10th Special Forces Group lost over Northern Iraq in 1994.
